TERMS OF SALE
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Seller
These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on warbound3d.com, operated by:
Warbound3D – Anthony Videcoq, sole trader, 412 Quartier de Ratavon, 84340 Malaucène, France
SIRET: 938 159 993 00014 – E-mail: cyberbrush3d@gmail.com – Phone: +33 6 31 87 38 33
2. Scope
These terms apply to every sale made on this website between Warbound3D and any customer. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full. The terms in force on the day of your order apply.
3. Products
We sell physical miniature parts and accessories, 3D-printed in resin. Products are supplied unpainted and unassembled.
No digital files (STL) are sold or delivered with any order.
Photos are as accurate as possible; painted examples are shown for illustration only. Minor support marks may remain and may require light cleanup before painting.
Resin parts are small and fragile: they are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before payment. Free shipping applies to orders over €50.
We may change our prices at any time; the price charged is the one shown when you place your order.
5. Ordering
To order, add items to your cart, confirm on the cart page that you are buying physical 3D-printed parts, then complete checkout.
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. You receive a confirmation e-mail summarising your order.
We may cancel an order in case of a payment problem, a pricing error, or an existing dispute with the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is made online at checkout by the methods offered (credit/debit card and other available methods). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never have access to your full card details.
7. Production and delivery
Orders are prepared within 5 to 10 business days after payment, then shipped with tracking.
Delivery times, rates and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Risk passes to you when you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the goods.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, as described in our Refund Policy.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Items that have been assembled, glued, sanded, primed or painted can no longer be returned, unless they were defective on arrival.
9. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
Under the legal guarantee of conformity, you have two years from delivery to act and may choose between repair or replacement of the item. If an item arrives broken or defective, contact us with photos at cyberbrush3d@gmail.com.
10. Liability
We cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper use of the products, by assembly or modification, or for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control (force majeure).
11. Intellectual property
All designs, images and texts on this website remain the property of their owners. Buying a product gives no right to copy, scan, reproduce or sell the design.
12. Personal data
Your personal data is used only to process and deliver your order and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Customer service and disputes
For any question or complaint, contact us first at cyberbrush3d@gmail.com or +33 6 31 87 38 33; we will look for an amicable solution.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent French courts.
