REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at cyberbrush3d@gmail.com before the 14-day period ends, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Return conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal request, unused, unassembled, unpainted and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service: we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the price of the returned items, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
We may delay the refund until we have received the items back.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as your original purchase.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items
Resin parts are fragile. If an item arrives broken, defective or different from your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at cyberbrush3d@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

5. Items that cannot be returned
Items that have been assembled, glued, sanded, primed or painted cannot be returned, unless they were defective on arrival.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
