SHIPPING POLICY

1. Physical products only
Every product on this store is a physical, 3D-printed resin part shipped to your address. No digital files (STL) are sold or sent with your order.

2. Order processing
Each part is printed, washed, UV-cured and checked by hand after your order.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 5 to 10 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping rates
Free shipping on all orders over €50.
Below €50:
- France: €4.90
- European Union: €11.99
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada: €11.99
The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

4. Estimated delivery times (after shipping)
- France: 2 to 4 business days
- European Union: 4 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 20 business days
These are estimates. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays or because of the carrier.

5. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
You can also follow your order at any time from your account: My orders > 3D print orders & tracking.

6. Packaging
Parts are individually bagged, protected with bubble wrap and shipped in a rigid box to prevent damage.

7. Customs and import fees (outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country.
These fees are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

8. Delivery problems
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at cyberbrush3d@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We will find a solution with you: replacement or refund.
